How much will my airfare cost?

 

Since there are more than 10,000 rate changes per day, airfares cannot be quoted until you register your selected vacation and we have the specific dates and times you plan to travel.  You will be guaranteed absolutely the lowest, non-promotional airfare available.

 

I would like a few airfare quotes before I send in my reservation form for one of my Membership vacations.  May I speak with an agent immediately?

 

Since these promotional packages are not available to the general public, the agent cannot quote airfares until a completed reservation form is received and registered.  The first step is to send your completed master registration form, with a $5.00 USD processing fee for each reservation form.  We will acknowledge receipt of your reservation form, within 14 days of receipt.  An agent will contact you 60 or more days prior to your first selected date.  Your agent will be happy to answer your travel questions, and provide you with current airfare quotes.

Will I be able to depart from the closest airport?

 

In most cases, Holiday Travel has arranged for departures and arrivals from most major airports throughout the continental U.S.

 

If I register my certificate, am I obligated to travel?

 

No. Registration does not obligate you in any way.  The completed reservation form will entitle you to receive travel information and price quotes which our agents do not make available to the general public.

 

How far in advance should I book my trip?

 

Since all travel is booked on space availability, it only makes sense to reserve your vacation as far in advance as possible.  The earlier you book, the better your chances are for securing your desired travel dates.  Although Holiday travel requires a minimum of 60 days advance registration, we suggest early bookings for holiday and peak travel seasons.

What are my chances of traveling on the dates I selected?

 

Excellent.  Although more than 90% of travel requests are fulfilled on the first date of choice, we emphasize “book early” for best choices.

 

What if I don’t plan on traveling until next year, should I still send in my master registration form now?

 

Yes!  Your master registration form registers you as the owner of your trips.  You may travel after you have registered and paid for your selected reservation forms.  Most owners prefer to register one or more reservation forms, with the master registration form by sending in $5.00 USD for each.  Or if you prefer you may register all of the reservation forms for only $79.00 USD.  This represents more than a 60% SAVINGS!  Remember, registration does not obligate you to travel.  It simply provides you with the information you’ve requested.

 

What if I don’t know who my companion will be?  Can I still register my reservation form?

 

Absolutely, you may provide the name of your companion to your agent at the time you book your travel.

What happens if I forget to send in the $5.00 processing fee with my reservation form?

 

Unfortunately, Holiday Travel cannot process your reservation form without the $5.00 processing fee, so please be sure to enclose it with your reservation form.  Also note:  Please fill in the reservation form legibly, so as not to delay your travel plans.

 

I noticed all certificates are based upon double occupancy.  What if I want to use one as a single traveler?

 

You may enjoy your vacation as a single traveler; however, there will be an additional charge for a single supplement.  The fantastically low rates that we are able to offer through our Holiday Adventure program are contracted with the resorts based on a double occupancy rate.  That charge will vary depending on the hotel or cruise line.  Your agent will provide you with that information. 

 

I’m planning to visit Hawaii, then on to Australia, and New Zealand.  May I combine these offers for travel to these 3 destinations?

 

No.  You may use any registered reservation form, provided you depart and arrive from the continental U.S.  This negates using most offers “back to back.”  However, the exception would be, combining an airfare or accommodation offer with a “2 for 1” cruise, from a nearby port of call.  An airfare and accommodation certificate cannot be used together.

May I sell or give away the Holiday Travel offers, I will not be using?

 

You may not sell any Holiday Travel reservation forms unless you are an authorized agent/distributor, since there are laws in each state governing the licensing of travel promoters.  However, since all reservation forms are fully transferable, you may give them away to friends, family, or business associates.  They make wonderful gifts.  Whenever someone other than yourself registers a reservation form, please be sure they indicate the master registration number, and the name of the donor, as it appears on the master registration form.  It would also be helpful to include a copy of the Questions and Answers, as well as the Terms and Conditions, when giving the certificate as a gift.  There are plenty to share.
